My mom called this morining, Apparently her winsheld blew appart this morning from the cold. 02 subaru. Had a tiny little ping in the corner driver side. Wonder how that happened. Right now I'm watching the steam roll off of fishing creek as big chunks of ice are floating down. It was 42F yesterday morning. I thinks its time to move to the carribean.

Almost Winter .
Yes it feels like winter now . - 34 at the airport here in Central Ont. this morning and - 32 in the drive way .
Last night at 11:00 pm I went to the corner store and came out to a couple of qts. of tranny fluid under my front bumper . Some meat head ,(myself),forgot to tighten the gear clamp on one of the cooler lines when replacing the motor .
Fortunatly I had 3 qts. at home nice and warm to add once the line was back on the rad connection .
Definately winter doing that hose at -31 degrees .
I like the cold weather as long as I do not have to work in it without gloves on .
My oil patch days prepared me for periods of -38 to -41 for a month at a time or better which was not out of the ordinary where I was stationed .
It's the heat that I can't stand . anything above + 18 and bring on the centeral air please .
