Error Code 443---Purge Control Valve

I am receiving error code 443 on my code scanner..."Purge Control Valve Stuck Open" I have a 96' 2.3L and my Chiltons manual does not mention this thing at all. Whare is this thing located? or whare can I get some guidance on changing it.
