Loose Front End???
My F-150 has about 6-8 inchs of play in the steering wheel, and it kinds floats all over the road......anyone have any idea what could be wrong????? and how to fix it???

Steering box could need adjustment (loosen the jam nut, and turn the screw inward on the top of the box) Also check your tie rod ends and ball joints, and lastly your radius arm bushings on both ends. When they get soft, they allow movement, which feels like loose steering.
