Tag says it has a 3.00 ratio and open (non limited slip) differential. Someone here can probably tell you the year of manufacture from the other info you posted.

Deashider : If you do a Google search with ford nine inch and put the spaces between the words you will get almost 400,000 hits in less than 4 sec .
If there is anything about a Ford 9" , stock or aftermarket you can't find here it is not relative .
There are over 20,000 companies in North America that also remanufacture these diffs for every application from street rods to Indy Cars .
