Tail Lights Out

1996 PSD, Dually, Crew Cab.

Second time the fuse blew for the tail lights, and dash board lights. I put a new fuse in last night, and it blew immediately. I remember reading someplace on this forum issues like this, I just could not find it. Where are the likely candidates? If I remember correctly, the light switch, and the fuse panel itself, but I am not sure.

Any help and guidance would be appreciated.

Could be a broken wire inside your trailer wiring socket or one worn thru somewhere along the harness and connectors to the lights that is "shorting out".
