After a quick google search of hte part numbers, it looks like it could be the upper and lower intake p/n's for a 351. Might want to ask a ford dealer to check....
If they are both Ford 351 efi intakes then one is probably the one that says "5.8L EFI" and the other is probably the one that says "Ford Fuel Injection". Don't know for sure though.
