We rented a 25 foot motor home in Alaska in April 2003. We put on close to 1500 miles conservative driving but up and down hills a lot. We were impressed with the Ford V10 power and we averaged 14 MPG.
Got as low as just under 10 and high as 17. Some of the variation no doubt because of the way I filled the tank never the less I believe the avergage is correct.

well i hope they don't mess yours up. i think they change something in the programs after you've had it a while. they did that to me with the 2003 sd sc 4x4 6.0 desiel after i had it for a year, i think they are doing what ever they need to do to sell these trucks and then changing things they shouldn't be. if they don't fix this one, i won't trade it in, i'll make them buy it back, i have a good lawyer. i could have made them buy the other one back because every thing was documented. so is all the problems i'm having with this one. i gave them a 2nd chance because the truck is the best looking one out there. but it needs to perform like the best one too, for $35,000.00.
