Drivers Door Lock
I'm feeling a bit of a twit asking this but...
On a 92' EB with remote central locking (Viper 300ESP) should the drivers door lock with passengers door when the fob is pressed? It unlocks ok but not locks. I can't remember if it ever did lock as the truck is new to me.
Since the alarm seems to like locking the doors when I get in or if I leave the truck alone for a few mins I wonder whether it should, but on the other hand its more likely to lock my keys in if I forget to take them out

Must be a fun wiring modification to the stock harness to make them work that way since the power feed for both comes through the passenger side first, then runs across to the driver's side. Power windows are wired much the same way with the power feed running to the passenger side first. This is often why someone experiencing problems with the passenger side power will eventually see problems on the driver's side as well.
What caught me by surprise (even after being forewarned) was the doors locking shortly after starting the truck. I had a habit of starting the truck, then getting out and closing the doors. After locking myself out once, I made an extra set of keys that I carried around for a long time.
