OBD code help!!!

My 00 7.3 PSD is showing a P0733 code: gear 3 incorrect ratio on my predator scanner. Can someone tell me if this is going to be a major problem or do I just need to change my fluid/filter. I havent changed my trans fluid and filter for over 75K.
