Where is the PCV in this baby? I have a 93 XLT, 2.3L 4 cyl...I have a new one to put in but I can't find it anywhere on the valve cover. Also, how can I quickly tell whether I have 9 or 10 inch wheels in the back....I went to buy rear brakes and the couterman asked me this question. I didn't know....one more...does anyone know which wires coming through firewall is the tach feed and dash lights...I purchased a third party tachometer and I don't know which wires to use. Thanks.
i had an 85 the pcv was down next to the distributor kinda hidden. If you remove the rear drum and measure srtaight across that will tell ya the sixe as for the wires {got me} Good Luck

The haynes manual says "The pcv valve is mounted in the oil separator on the left side of the engine". On my 93 xlt, the pcv valve (ev-147)is located in the hose that goes to the oil separator, about spark plug level, behind the intake manifold throat.
not fun to replace if you have hands larger than a childs. follow hose to rear of intake side, about 5inches below top of valve cover. may want to prep area by moving hoses, wiring etc.
