i think that this is the right forum for this question. on my 91 150 5.0 my speedo doesnt move until the truck hits 15 mph, then it jumps up to 15 and is then fine. the opposite happens when stopping 20, 19, 18, 17, 16, 15.......stalls....zero. then when im driving at any spped above 15mph the speedo runs about5- 10 mph faster. ive tested this several times with someone driving next to me, checking speeds on our cell phones. does a 91 have an actual cable or is it electric? does this problem seem like its the cable or something else????? any thoughts thanks
