center console plans/ideas
i'm just wondering if anyone has seen any good looking center consoles that would work with a bench seat. (build your own or puchase) i need something to house a CD deck and a couple of speakers. its gong to go in a 68' f100. any pictures, sites, or plans would be really appriciated.

I been thinking of ideas, but I am going to use bucket seats froma grand prix and build a sub into the console and put all of the switches (windows, mirrors, stereo, etc) in it.
I plan on using MDF for the sub enclosure and probably masonite/fiberglass for the rest of it. Cover it in fake leather and carpet along with some aluminum or polished stainless bits. I want to have some beats that I can feel, but not shake the neighborhood, so I should be able to conceal my system fairly easily. good luck and take lots of pix. and for god's sake let us know how it goes! we all need a good console.
