Unhappy broken center pin in leaf pack

Well today i was removing the stock blocks from my rear axle (it had stacked blocks, 2" stock and 4" lift block on top of it that the previous owner put on there) and well since im stupid i thought maybe i was supposed to take out the center pins... well i broke the one on the passenger side since it was rusted to hell. Now the leaves below the main leaf arent centered anymore Anybody know how the heck im supposed to realign the leaves? I wish i would have read up on removing the rear blocks before trying to take that center pin out

To replace that spring pack bolt you will need to:

Support the rear of the truck so that the rear springs are unloaded.
Remove the axle u-bolt on that side (you probably have done this already).
Loosen (or spread open) the clips that hold the spring pack leaves together. The leaves should be free at this point.
Line up the leaves using your new center bolt.
Compress the spring pack leaves using a couple of large clamps and tighten the center bolt.
Tighten (or close up) the clips that you loosened earler.
Reinstall the blocks and axle u-bolts.

This is tough to do when the spring pack is installed in the truck, but I would not remove it unless you plan to replace all the spring eye bolts and bushings.

Okay, thanks a lot for the help, appreciate it. Know what the easiest way to remove or loosen those clips would be?

I would spread the clips with a pry-bar. They need to be loose enough to allow the leaves to move a bit.

Replacement clips used to be available from Superlift and maybe other 4-wheel places, but they are not that easy to install. I would take care not to wreck the originals if possible.
