broken center pin in leaf pack
Anybody know how the heck im supposed to realign the leaves? I wish i would have read up on removing the rear blocks before trying to take that center pin out
Support the rear of the truck so that the rear springs are unloaded.
Remove the axle u-bolt on that side (you probably have done this already).
Loosen (or spread open) the clips that hold the spring pack leaves together. The leaves should be free at this point.
Line up the leaves using your new center bolt.
Compress the spring pack leaves using a couple of large clamps and tighten the center bolt.
Tighten (or close up) the clips that you loosened earler.
Reinstall the blocks and axle u-bolts.
This is tough to do when the spring pack is installed in the truck, but I would not remove it unless you plan to replace all the spring eye bolts and bushings.

Replacement clips used to be available from Superlift and maybe other 4-wheel places, but they are not that easy to install. I would take care not to wreck the originals if possible.
