Well I just spoke to them on the phone and they said that the compression test checked out fine, (360 to 410 is within spec) and that there is no contamination as far as oil or coolant in the fuel. So the o-rings seem to be fine. The wiring harness was the first thing that they checked, no probs there.
They also did several tests on the injectors and they seem to be fine but they want to pull them and send them out to be tested I guess. Were up to about $1400 clams now. Any other ideas?
Ok, the latest is that they have found that 2 out of 8 injectors are bad. Now I need some advise.....do I replace all 8? rebuild that bad ones (only $20 cheaper than replacing with new) or just replace the 2 that are bad?
It has 223k on it.
Also, Quadzilla, you said something about $850.00 for a set of them?? Where??
