Explorer V8 in a Ranger
Haven't seen anyone ask this, nor do they mention it at "The Ranger Station".
Has anyone taken a V8 from an Explorer and put it in a Ranger?
I would think that it woild be easy since they are both based on on the same basic frame. Any comments?

Im kinda like Gary. I haven't really heard much about anyone swapping a 5.0 out of an explorer into a ranger. Nothin im looking into currently, but engines dont last forever. Maybe when (if) my 4.0 dies, i can find a wrecked donor to operate on. Probably be a bit tricky with a 4x4 truck.
