Unhappy The Crud

AJ and I must of picked up a bug somewhere. We both have scratchy throats and laryngitis. I think we may have gotten it from the grandson last week because he had a runny nose. Hope we didn't spread it to any of you at the Christmas Party. Take care, hack , hack.

I've been fighting it the past couple of weeks. It keeps moving around on me and whiskey and cigars haven't killed it yet.

I'll keep trying.

I haven't tried that yet, but maybe I should give it a try. I know the cigar would get me out of the house one way or another. With my voice I couldn't even argue. Not that it ever helps much anyway.

Thanks guys. It is good to know the stuff will be around for a while. At least, if I have this stuff, maybe I won't catch anything else.

I thought I'd be home in bed today, should have been yesterday. Throat started getting scratchy and sore Wednesday night and yesterday morning. Made it through the day yesterday although I don't think I got anything done. Getting to work today required a half-gallon of orange juice, three cups of coffee, and a big cup of hot tea....and it's only lunch time.

It's not any fun. Stayed home from work today so I wouldn't pass it around. I can't talk anyway, so might as well stay home and check out FTE. At least here I don't have to try to talk out loud.
