Wicked Wheel

I am thinking about the Wicked Wheel Upgrade for my 2000 PwrStroke.
Is it worth the money, time?
Has anyone done this mod, did it increase MPG, Lower Exhaust TEmp, exhaust flutter gone? more low end power?? etc etc???
