Wondering some ET times and trap speeds for the 1/4 or 1/8 mile and some 60ft times and speeds on these big pigs that we drive. I'm not planning on doing any racing just more curious than anything. Would like to here from everybody (V10s, 6.0s, 7.3s & 5.4s). Post your truck configuration (Crew cab, Long bed, duely, ect.) with the gears, tire size and any mods that have been done and the weight if you know it. Looking for posts from both the stock trucks and the moded trucks. Just thought it would be kinda interesting and would include everybody.
I did let off the throttle about 3/4's of the way down because my EGT's got over 1300*'s. I had my skirt on that day and definitely could have kept on the gas. I should have been able to run a very high 15

At first I thought that there was something wrong with the numbers, then I saw that they are for a 7.3 L PSD. I'm surprised that the EGT got that high that fast. On my 6.0 the EGT was under 1200 as I recall for a 14.33 s run (1.902 s 60 ft time). See timeslips link.
Stock the truck ran 16.0.
P.S. I'm trying to remember what I did with the physical timeslips themselves so that I can scan in the actual TS.
That was before I put headers on.Now I have a 65mm throttle body and a superchip programer on and it feels much quicker.Hope to get back to Cecil CO. MD for some more runs.
