So tonight i finally finished up my first try at putting together a chapter logo for all albertans/b.c.'ers and i'm looking for some input on how to make it better, or if you want some one can give 'er a try as well. Also i am checking out some rules on what i'm allowed to do to the FTE logo (i took out the white so it would match the background but i might have to change this) and what else i'm allowed to put in it, but here it is:
Thanks for the input, the text and other graphics are not a problem, changing the red to a light green will be a little more diffucult as i only have corel photo shop and i'm still learning the in's and out's of it, but I will giver er' a try tonight. I will seperate b.c and alberta for their owns logos, and they will follow a fairly similar style. Look for an update later tonight, tomorrow.
P.S. i have the logo uploaded to my gallery and feel free to save a copy to your own computer.
BC is going to have the same colours and everything is going to be about in the same spot as well, only using b.c. logos, i'm also considering having a spot to place the user's name along with with member following it, for example, john yours would look something like this : 66f14evr at the top above B.C. then at the bottom would be member. What do you think about that?
I'll try the red and green switch, oh and thats an owl, I'll see if i can't find something a little better. Oh, what would you 2 recomend the green be changed to?

I just tried the the green in place of the red with grey, and green and it doesn't look all that good, but i'll keep trying different colours throughout the night and see if i can find something good. hockey logos are gone.
So after figuring out some one the ins and outs of Corel photo house i came up with something like what dennis suggested with local topography, only these are of BC minus the provinical logos, b.c. outline (its late and i need to get to bed), but i used some pictures john sent me (66f14evr) the other day:
