Only changes so far are Exhaust and lighting...but tires are DEFINATELY going to get bigger. Gotta get lifted too though...

Now it has a straight frame, some of the sheet metal back on the front, new brakes, good strong engine, and new driveshaft and soon to have 33's.

My before pix when it had a bed and 33s, it looks nicer here, but, it had a bed that you would not put a bag of cement into it and no brakes etc etc.

Then a put a quick bed on it :

When the home made trailer hitch the PO welded on broke off when I dropped a 1200+ pound log on it from out of the bed (at was about 36"x60") I took the bed and the remains of the hitch off and put on the current bed.
Unfinished here, I added wood sides and such and have been using it for firewood and tree removal. I know the 31s probably look gay, but, the manual steering and 33s off road are a bit much in GA clay.

I reinforced the frame every 18 inches with 3/16 channel, did a 5x5x 3/16 sq.tube bumper, added air bags, a pintle hook, a tow receiver, in the bed winch, etc. I still have a piece of of 8x2x 3/16 to use as a push bumper for the front and a couple of pieces of 12x12x1/2 to use as winch mounts front and back.
It is ugly, but, functional, I bought it to work.
