Thumbs down Quality of Nissan Armada

I have a real world expierence here. My older brother works for Bob Wondries Collision Center in Los Angeles, Ca. He has told me nothing but bad about this Nissan Armada. In other words, he say's they are the biggest pieces of junk ever built. He says, "you know how hard it is to fix those piece of (SNIP) i said, "no i don't, never would touch one". From what I was hearing from all the NISSAN TITAN TROLLS in the FTE site, they are supposably good. He said, "hell no", they are (SNIP). The NISSAN Dealer sends them their Nissan Armada recalls to the collison center for repairs. One being, that the Dealer NISSAN could not get the spare tire to fit in the back. Which is now a recall. All my brother did at the collision center was order a smaller tire. I said, how stupid is NISSAN. He himself said, "they got a way's to go and improve on these full size vehicles". He also had a complaint about the Chevy Impala but i will not elaborate as we all know it's a Chevy. The sky is blue. BLUE OVAL BLUE. Where is this titan guy....

I don't think it should...This is a Ford site, not a Pro-Nissan site, if we wanna knock Nissans we should be able to speak freely, this is the competition forum, and they are competition

Fdeauce50, he must really know his stuff. He can say how bad they are but cant say whats bad besides a design flaw in the way the spare tire is supposed to be mounted. Just like any vehicle they have had there share of issues but one thing theyve had very minimal issues on is the powertrain which is usually most imporntant in a SUV or truck. It consistently from multiple sorces out accelerates and out tows the competition but its still a pos. Motortrends long term update for the titan praised the powertrain of the titan very much but said the long term f150 didnt feel like its advertised 300. No major problems to report on there update of the titan either.

okay the titan has sold almost 80+ thousand trucks and it does have its issues.
scan the titantalk forum, too many for me to list.

The Ford has sold how many this year?

how can you compare the amount of problems ? if the titan sold as many as ford does, then you could do it..

if you take the time to read their forums you will see that they do have problems of there own..

Probably because there aren't very many on the road. Things can't go wrong if they are still on the show room floor.
I don't know if the Armada or Titan is junk, some people like them, some don't, I'm indifferent. They don't meet my needs and I don't like the styling, so I'll never buy one.

Unless they changed the way they do things since I last read an issue, Motor Trend reports on problems that happen to the specific vehicle in their possession, not the whole model range.

Deauce50s post was pointless and told us nothing but what his brother thinks but dosent really have a clue. This is a ford site and most people here im sure dont like the armada but theres no denying that the powertrain is very capable.

Wow, that was surprising, the thread about the brake rotors being the same as the Maxima, I think I'd be kinda scared of pulling a big load with that thing!!

Sooner rather than later. There's been one good point regarding the number of sales vs. complaints regarding the Fords vs. the Nissans, but neither side expanded on it. This forum is not here to bash other brands and most definately is not here for other brand loyalists to bash Fords.

Thread may be Closed Soon pending everyone adhering to the following rules:

If you guys want to keep a Ford vs. Titan thread open, then first off it needs to be a "truck" competition thread and second there will be NO bashing of either brand allowed.

These are my rules for this forum and there will be no further warning - period.........
