Well you're going to have to pull (or at least insanely raise) the engine to get the old one out, in any event... And short of some sort of dry sump system I'm not sure how you'd have a new one that doesn't work the same way.

Ford also sells a paint like coating that is used for repairing a rusted out oil pan.
You will need to pull the engine anyway to get the old one off. And to properly seal the new pan on. Believe me the block and pan must be sanitary before applying the special adhesive which has a set up time of like 48-72 hours.
