Thanks, IT, that makes a lot more sense.

Anyway, if I was 912504x4, I would get a Predator through MotorHaven for the least expensive performance mod and not screw with the turbo.

Smile Turbo stuff

If your turbo is in good shape, meaning that the vanes aren't stuck, just go with a high performance air induction system, and open the exhaust up to 4".

I just did that with my 03 6.0 along with a new turbo, (the vanes in mine were stuck), 2 new injectors, and some other stuff.

No programs in mine yet except the latest Ford reflash.

To say the least, my 03 has incredible power now.

Ford dealer screwed me around for awhile but when I got the district rep involved, they got their poop together and got my 03 screamin...

Considering an 80,120,150 programmer now. They can be had for $299.00 with instant rebate I saw on Ebay.

Turbos are too costly. I wouldn't screw with it.

how can i tell if the vanes are stuck... i have a loss of boost and turbo is very quiet now... only 20-25 psi instead of the 30-35 i had
