The only issue I've found with the moonroof in my 04 Screw is a buffeting at 80+ when you have the moonroof and rear window open. The simple solution is to slow down, but that's no fun. Close the moonroof about halfway, and you'll get a good breeze, lower noise, and no vib.

I have an FX4 with just over 15,000 miles. It rains a lot here in Oregon and I've never had a problem. One of the best options, I think.

8-900 buck waste of money as far as I'm conserned. It's just another piece of glass that needs cleaned.. No leaks or problems with mine, but I wouldn't have ordered it if I ordered the truck..

the moonroof on my 04 lariat SCrew was the selling point for my wife. I've got about 8400 miles on it and had no mechanical problems or leaks with it at all. If I want to go fast (and I usually do) I only open it about half way or so to cut the wind noise and vibration. And if you have it open and open the power "beer window" in the back, it gives you a very nice airflow through the cab on those warm days.
