Best disto curve for 352

What is the best distr. curve ( degrees and springs ),vacuum, and timing settings for a 352 in a 66 F100 manual / it is a Daly driver & used for med/light towing.

Well, the book reccomends 6degrees BTDC. However, I have found my engine to like 10 degrees better. Not sure on the vacum springs and what not, but Im sure an FE guru will help you out.
