Hurst Info
I am new to your board and iam curious if anyone has info about the Hurst shifter that will fit in the 97, ( i am refering to the one advertised by ****** Performance) any body got any info or installed one?

I know the Hurst Shifter for a Mustang works good. I have one in my 88 5.0 LX
They have positive stops so when banging gears, the shifter stops take the hit instead of the shift forks in the tranny which can bend or break after too much abuse. It has shorter throws too.
