Hey guys.Truck is a 95 350 powerstroke.Stock except tymar intake and a t wildman chip.Chip has been in for 4 months or so.Nothing wrong with the truck at all until i went to move it today after it sat for maybe an hour(moved some plows around with it this a.m.)When i put it in gear it engages very hard also when in reverse.It almost feels like it is gonna break something.Trans has been replaced about a year ago.Truck ran fine before.Tranny is full of fluid,no flashing o/d light.Any ideas what to look for?.Thanks alot for any help..
Just pulled the chip and still have the problem.Seems like in reverse it just wants to idel up and go by itself.

 

Could possibly be the Vehicle Speed Sensor on the rear axle. When they go bad they make it shift hard so it might make it go into gear hard also. I believe when they go bad it causes the pressure to default to a high condition.
