When I first started posting here, people used to bring up the Warlocks.
I always wondered about them....
1. do they sound dirty/horrible/like total junk? or do they sound toned, not like an illegal junkyard SMOG target.
2. How do they sound with the cap on, as compared to uncapped. i.e. lots quiter, more mellow, etc.
3. Why did the company go with such an odd name? They sound so magical
4. Does anyone know anyone with one or heard one on our trucks?
5. Do you think they are fun?
6. What are your normal weekend activities?
The reason I ask is I am constantly looking for a new exhaust, bouncing back and forth between True duals or High-flow cats. These guys popped into my head the other day and the wonderment began.
How bout 2 high clow cats, true duals, warlocks uncapped, and um....the pipes don't even connect to the headers.
Well I could tell you how they would sound uncapped because I have no muffler. It sounds pretty decent actually, I never really smash it to the floor because it then gets a touch higher pitched (as any other exhaust would) and it is also bad on the engine. I just have the 4 stock cats with a single pipe running out the side and it sounds good enough for me.
