Trans Swap Question...
I have and '83 Bronco with a 351 W. I'd like to swap in an AOD trans. What kind of problems could I expect with this swap and would I be better off keeping the C6 and forgetting about the swap. I have an NP 208 transfer case. Any help would be great.

The 208 will fit on the aod, dont know about overall length issues. your existing shifter pattern could be a concern too. You will need some sort of linkage or cable going fron your carb to tranny and it needs to be pretty precise- both fully open at same time both halfway at same time both shut at same time, this controlls your shifting without that connection the tranny will never gat out of 1st gear.
