sick 4.9

Seeking words of wisdom from the master gurus of Ford Trucks.
This truck refuses to run correctly if it even runs at all. I replaced the head because it had the audacity to crack. After the head was replaced the truck did start. Sounded really bad but it was running.Whole lotta shake, rattle, and rolled at a top speed of 40mph. Put my foot through the floor and nothing changed. Replaced all the parts that could have gone bad due to sitting for 7 months. Replaced the gas, dizy cap ,rotor, plugs, wires,IAC,TPI,air bypass,EGR components, coil, ign module,.Total bill of parts came to right at $400. Is there something I am missing? Will do a compression check in the morning. What kind of psi should I be looking for. Specific numbers or just close on all cylinders? I really need to get this truck running.
92 F150 4.9 146k
Thanks in advance for anything you can tell me.

All 6 cylinders have compression of 160. Also changed fuel pressure regulator.

Is the timing correct? Any codes in the computer? Exhaust clogged?

Yeah, sounds like timing is way off. You have to use the timing marks on the passenger side of the timing cover. There's 2 different timing marks on it.

Check with the Inline six forum. They specialize in that engine.
