The trim ring around the radio/HVAC controls is held on with clips and pops off; just be careful you don't mark the area around the trim ring 'cause it's soft. I use a wide thin screwdriver with a rag under it.

Thanks. I was able to remove the trim piece and remove the radio. I had a rattle that appeared to be the "rail guide" on the end of the radio. Put some electrical tape on the rails and that fixed the problem. Told the dealer about the rattle and they replaced the trim piece. Go figure, the dealer takes the easy way out that costs them $$$$$$. Problem solved!
