You can put a leveling kit on it and put 35's on it (not sure if it'll rub on full lock with some articulation, but I'm sure if you posted in the superduty forum you'd find a TON of guys with this setup). If you do a lift, I wouldn't go any higher than a 4" as it makes the tires seem smaller than they are.
What does every one recommend I do, to get 35's on a f-250 super duty
What lift kits or blocks or do I just add a leaf spring

A leveling leaf for the front should give you enough room although you may have to trim a little off the ends of the bumper. This would be the cheapest and easiest. Next option is to actually raise the front, done with springs or a lift. Never, ever, ever use blocks to raise the front. It is bad, bad, bad and it would be a bad way to die. So, don't do it, Ken
