Question Suspension lift question

Hey All,

Usually hang out on Bronco II forum but this one caught my eye so I thought I would throw a question at you all.
Getting ready to put a 4" rough country susp. lift on my 90 B2. I am pretty mechanically inclined but I have never done this type of thing before. Can anyone tell me if they have done this before and how long it took them? I will have my brother's help but he's an engine kind of mech.
I do know I will have to have the truck realigned after I am done.
Thanks in advance

As far as time goes,it depends. But i'd figure 5-6 hrs. not bustin your butt.Easiest to support under frame and use jack to lift/lower suspension up and down.Hey "It's all nuts-n-bolts".

Are the rough country lifts any good? I've heard that they're cheap made, but if I were to install this, what else would I need.
