I took what I think to be a bad booster/mastercylinder out of my 77 and took the MC and booster out of a bronco that I know work and mounted it in the 77........now if I flare the lines together in theory it should work right??......so will it?

In theory it'll work, but that won't make it safe.

Are the brakes the same size and type? What year is the Bronco? Which '77 truck do you have?

Try the local parts house. If you ask the right questions, they'll tell you if the parts interchange. They might even tell you the price you want to hear for new parts, or have rebuild kits.

Good luck, Mike

A gearhead after my own heart. Be safe bud, I'd like to hear how it turns out.
I'm thinking it'll interchange, double check with the parts house or a salvage yard. Better safe than sorry.
