TFI Ignition Module Lawsuit

Does any body have any information about the lawsuit against Ford for their modules. I remember that the people won and Ford was replacing modules for vehicles under 100K miles if they went bad, or paid for them if they were already replaced. The reason I am asking this is that my 89 Tempo is having starting problems and it only has 85K on it. If I don't have to pay for replacing it, that would be good. Thanks

Bring it into your local FORD dealer and have them run the vin to see if you qualify, if you do then they gotta do something about it.
