Starter will not stop!
I started my 1988 f-150 truck and the starter would not stop turning. I turned the key off pulled it out still turning i had to disconnect the battery. As soon as i hook the battery up the starter starts no key needed. any help would be great

It's likely the solonoid on the fender is stuck. Unplug the small red wire and see if it still does it. If you plug in the small red wire and it immediately hits the starter, then there is a problem between the solonoid and the ignition switch - somehow the wire is getting 12V. If it runs the starter with the small red wire unplugged, then you should go get a new starter solonoid/relay.
Luckly my battery cable wasn't tight and man was it hot.
