power point quit

checked the fuse under hood it is fine, are there anymore that i missed? did not see anymore in manual

how hard is it to get that out of dash and how can i access it, through radio? glovebox?

Did you also check the fuse panal in the dash ? Is this is the power point in the dash ?If so the wire could have been knocked off .

this is the power point in the dash, i did not see anything in the manual that shows a fuse for the power point under the dash, just under the hood, did i miss it?

when you say the wire could have been knocked off do you mean the plug to the back of the power point? do you how i can access it? thru the glovebox maybe?

The power point has a fuse in the cab. Check there first to make sure the fuse isn't bad.

my powerpoint wouldnt work either, and it turned out to be the fuse, and yes the fuse is in the cab

ok thanks guys, going to check the manual again now, i swear i did not see a fuse in the cab for the powerpoint, is it with anything else or called something different?

power point help?

i do not see a fuse listed in the manual for passenger compartment power point,my truck is an 01.???????? i checked them all and they look fine? can you tell me what number you replaced? i am going to replace the one under the hood anyway just in case something is wrong with it and i don't see it? does anybody know how to get the thing out of the dash?
