Thank you for your interest in Hypertech products.
Everyone to their own taste but I will not ever purchase another hypertech product. The reason: bought Hypertech for new 1999 Silverado, worked okay. In September this year Hurricane Frances flooded my place, killed the truck with water over the engine. Hypertech programming in place at the time. Insurance paid me for the truck, called Hypertech, told them my story, I wanted to send programmer back to have it re-calibrated so I could sell it or otherwise. I was told very quickly: "we can't do that." No sympathy, no sorry, no nothing except NO. I understand NO. Perhaps they will understand the programmer for my new Lariet does not say Hypertech. My current choice is Diablo. While it has had some growing pains, my experience has been that someone at that company does care about their customers. Dan especially, has been great to work with. Even had a call two days ago from one of their reps asking if I was satisfied, having problems, etc. I am willing to work with someone who is trying to do the right things. The product works amazingly well in my truck, once we resolved the communication issue. Changed my truck from a slug to a responsive and far more powerful vehicle. But to Hypertech, I understand NO. And NO to Hypertech.
