Alabama Chapter Leader

This Chapter needs to elect a Leader ASAP.

"The Chapter Leader is responsible for seeking out new Chapter members on the FTE forums (we provide the tools for this), overseeing the organization of events, meetings and gatherings. Additionally, we encourage Chapter members to seek out new members at auto shows, fellow Ford owners in the work place and Ford truck owners you may encounter in your day-to-day life. You may even consider telling local dealerships or auto parts stores about your Chapter."

And:

"Chapter Leaders may not hold a similar position or title with a competitive venture, or otherwise have his position on FTE cause a conflict of interest. "

There is help about this in the general chapter discussion forum.

Please utilize this resource.

I nominate BrianA as the Alabama Chapter Leader. Anyone from Alabama chime in with a second and let's get on with the vote. BriamA from what I've read has all the right stuff for our Leader. I know we have enough Ford owners in Alabama. Lets get it together. Anybody know Cooldog?

Best Choice

Only need one. Brian is an active FTE user, knowledgeable, and centrally located in the state. Oh, and loves Ford trucks. Sounds like a winning combination.

Guys,

Thanks for the compliments!

I am willing to take on the task but anyone who meets the basic criteria (even comes close to meeting them) STEP FORWARD if you want the job. My feelings sure won't be hurt!

If I wind up assuming the role, I will solicit help from others here. Like everyone else I am a busy man - I don't want to be stuck with all the responsibilities (whatever they are ).

Thanks.

Congratulations Brian :

Congarts on your new leader position for the Alabama Chapter. If there is anything I can do to help you out please give me a bump.

BTW: Lookout Alabama, I'll be down there in a couple of weeks. Yes I'm sorry to say that another Yankee is going to pollute your great state. Nice thing for you is I will have to leave on the 30th.

Brian, if your going to be around at that time I would like to meet up with you and have a cup of whatever. Please send me an e-mail as to what would be a good day if any to catch up with you. I'll be there between 12-24 to 12-30.

Thanks

Jim

Congratulation Brian. Here is an interesting story. I guess I told everyone I have been looking for a bigger truck I can us for scout camping. I found a 73 F350 crew cab on this web site but could not email the seller because of the 15 day block. But the user had his personnal email on the ad, so I contacted him to find out where he was. I got an email back saying he was in AL, but no city. So I emailed back asking where and told him where I lived. I never got a reply. I tried several times to contact coopdog33, but never a response. Then today I see a truck in the Food World parking lot in Wetumpka and I check it out. Yep, its the truck from the ad. No doubt about it. There are no two trucks that could look that close together. I couldn't find a sell sign, so I don't guess the truck is still for sell. But the ad is still out there. Neat story? I thought so anyway. Still looking for a truck.
