I have my front hubs slipping/catching when in 4 wheel. I was on ice and put the truck in 4 wheel and I would hear the front end catch and the front end would jerk as I heard/felt the hub catch. Anyway I want to convert to manual hubs, but have a few questions. Do you only need the manual hubs? Also is there anyway to turn the front end to Posi?
Warn makes manual hubs for your year. You will also need four rings and a spanner wrench to replace the existing nut/associated componenets used to adjust the bearing. Spicer makes the rings and they are adjusted then tightened/locked together, two per side.
