I have a few more options than you listed, (see thread entitled New Stroked Beast) and I traded in a 98 K1500 Chev with 106K miles and paid 26K difference. I am real happy with my 05 F250 SD. Ford just done a GREAT job on this one.
Go to to the Ford Truck website and chose "Build your own" superduty. Outfit the truck exactly like the one you are looking at and the website will give you the invoice price of that truck. Do not pay more than $100 over the invoice price. This is about the best price you will get on that truck.
As you spec out the truck, it also gives you both the Invoice price and the MSRP. Just before you get to the very last page, it gives you the final invoice price. Then, when you leave that page, you can never see anything but the MSRP.
