Isn't that funny ....The Ford dealer is still trying to get me one also for a used 2002 PSD. I'lll bet the idiot salesman in charge of this will forget to get the disel supplement.
Anyway I might have to go to myford.com and get thier/contact them via 1-800# and order it for about 40.00 bucks ..... Printed by Helm ...or so I heard ..

I believe you can download the owners manual in PDF format from Ford. The service manuals can be ordered thru your dealer's parts department. It is much better to deal with the parts department direct than try to go thru a salesman. There should also be a form in the back of the user manual for ordering the service manuals direct from the publisher.
