I was looking at putting some f150 coils on the front of my truck, from what ive seen there only about 1.5 to 2 inches taller then a ranger spring but much stiffer. what i was wondering is if anybody could give me a guess about how much lift i would get,(my truck is a 1996 2.3l reg cab) and also whether you think i will be able to adjust my camber back to specs using adjustable camber bushings. i know i can get up to a 3.5 degree camber bushing. any thoughts would really help.
on a side note im looking to buy a shock but i can either get a bilstein 5100 series 14 inch long travel, or a rancho rs9000x adjustable one. i dont know how much travel the rancho would have but the adjustability might be nice. thoughts on this would be appreciated too.
I never done it but heard of alot of people who have. I have installed the front leveling springs on rangers which I think are just F-150 springs. I would say you would get 2inches of lift and should be able to align it as long as nothing else is wore.
