F150 2004 tires ?????

Hi to all those that answered my query, please come back as Microsoft screwed me over and deleted my page.

My question was can I go to 33" tires on my 2004 F150 5.4l 4x4 XL, or would you suggest a different size tire. My intention is for more body/ground clearance as well as looks. Thanks ...Kewlrunninz

If you want to run that size, I suggest you look into a front end leveling kit. Those 33"s will need some extra room up front.

I've seen guys run 285's with no lift and they seem to clear with plenty of room

Yes, You can go up to a 33" overall diameter tire without any lift. If you have 20" wheels I might suggest 275/60/R20's. Michelin LTX MS, Toyo AT, or a Cooper in that size. BF Goodrich AT KO comes in a 285/55/R20 (32.4").
