I have actually heard of New Vienna. Couldn't remember why, so I looked it up. Still don't know why I have heard of it. 
You think New Vienna and Luxemburg are bad. Do a search for German Valley, IA. The speed limit doesn't even slow down.

Cedar Rapids Iowa but in the Army so I move alot of places Currently Fort Stewart Ga but soon to be Fort Irwin Ca - 1972 Ford F-100 planning to do a semi-restoration keeping the body stock plan to even the truck out (the front is is lower then the rear) take it all a part and fix the rust holes with steel get it painted ford blue and do alot of work on the engine ( 390, upgrades) its going to be a long process but it will look good when Im done

'95 f150 4x2, daily driver
'94 e150 Mark III drive in the summer it has no heater but a good family hauler and it pulls my boat pretty good.
'78 Bronco with 6" lift and 35" Swampers, 4:56 gears, 351M is now about 412-415ci. in the process of rewiring and a roll cage.
Newest edition will be a 2000 f150 7700 I found the other day, nice truck and will replace my weak '95 as a daily driver.
