Light Bar Recommendation
Hi Everyone,
I want to start by thanking the forum at large- so far I've saved at least a couple hundred $ replacing my own DPFE sensor and probably at least another Franklin swapping my idler pulley and serpentine belt myself- I received a great deal of help from posts in this forum. I cannot say enough good about this forum to eveyone I know.
Now, I am considering getting a light bar for my truck- I have Googled and found a Westin Safari Bar that seems reasonably priced, and found a set of KC Daylighters that throw out something like 385,000 candlepower (whatever the measure was)- they're so bright you can probably see the future.
Has anyone had any experience with Westin? Any other brand recommendations? And how difficult is it to install a new set of lights, like the Daylighters, and connect them to the electrical system and install the switch in the cab?
