dimples in sheet metal under side mirrors?

dimples in sheet metal under side mirrors?
Have you guys seen any irregularities in your doors about a foot under the side mirrors? This is happening to my 04 scab on both sides. I am very careful to avoid door dings so I know it is not from another car. Also both sides have it, its not easy to see but noticable if you are at the back of the truck looking forward along the side.
