Driving on a flat

OOPS!!! I drove into school on a flat rear today, Dont ask how or why I didnt stop. Could I have damaged it seriously in any way, it was only like 10 miles.

10 miles a ways to drive on a flat. Check out the sidewalls and the bead for any damage and go from there.

Well, looks like I'm gonna need a new tire. Sidewall is all scuffed and cracked. Bead looks fine, but I wouldnt trust the tire. That really stinks too, still has alot of tread on it!! O well, that'll teach me to be in a hurry and not stop!! Maybe Ill get a set of Cooper Discoverer Radials, $66 a piece, not too bad.

Sorry about the bad news . That price does sound good. Are they good tires? I like BFG and Goodyear, but I have gotten some good private label tires at Costco before at a good price.

They are pretty good looking tires, not real extreme tread, good enough for what I do. Road driving and off roading. I may just get a set of used ones from a junkyard for now.
