Thanksgiving plans

First off let me wish each of you a very happy Thanksgiving Day this year.

Now lets see what everyone has planned for it. I'll start it out!

We are staying at home this year and having the in-laws up for the big feast. Be the first one in our house.

Turkey and fix'ens at our house with the kids and grand daughter. If the weather is decent, Xmas decorations go up.

I am making dinner this year. Just the turkey though, I think everyone is bringing everything else. This will be the 3rd year I've done dinner, although not consectively. My aunt had dinner last year, since I had a 1 week old. LOL

Thats bad Jeremy about having to work all week and weekend. I thought I had it bad when we had to come back to work friday. This is the first time we didn't have to work. It happens so I just kinda got used to expecting it so this time was a suprise.

I am attending a football game Thursday morning for work. Get to see how out of shape I really am. And later that evening going to parents for dinner and watch some football.

I have to work every day including Thursday, but I just gotta make sure all the trucks are dumped and good to go for Thurs. night. I plan on going in at 4-5 am so I can get back home by about 8-9am. We plan on staying at home this year since it will be our first turkeyday as a familly.

I'm driving home to "Upper Michigan" Tuesday afternoon. I'm going to finally see what kind of mileage I get on the highway with the 4.56 gears, 3" body lift, 6" suspension lift, and 35" Mudders.

Were having dinner at my wifes grandmothers house. Loretta's mom is fixing dinner at grandmas house. It should be fun. This will be the first time both the girls are old enough to really enjoy the day.

Drt Boy, Upper MI is a long ways. My daughter and her husband live in Muskegon and I thought that was far. I have a car club friend here in Manhattan and he has some property up there where he has parked his camper. He's from Michigan originally. Thanksgiving we are going to our other daugher's father-in-law's house and eat too much. That's a good deal because we don't have to cook.
