Is it good or is it bad to use two pcv vavles on the engine. One would go on the rear valve cover like normal, and the other would go on the front valve cover where the breather valve is.
It's bad. The breather is supposed to draw fresh air in, then the PCV is supposed to suck the crankcase vapors in for combustion. With two PCV valves, the blowby crankcase vapors will linger in the block and contribute to sludge.
Run one PCV only. They are calibrated to run as part of the induction system on your engine. With two valves hooked up like you said there would be no way to draw fresh air thru the engine which would lead to a buildup of contaminates.
